At Zebratasty, we offer the ultimate buffet catering menu in Hong Kong. Our deals consist of three main packages: Express Buffet, Executive Buffet and the Diamond Buffet. Each buffet catering package includes a standard drinks package, dining utensils, wait staff and all necessary catering equipment. If you’re feeling like adding that little extra note, we offer an optional wine add-on for a truly special buffet. 

For each of these menus, you’re provided extensive options for soups, salads, cold dishes, hot snacks, carvery, hot mains, vegetables, pasta & rice and of course, dessert. Each of our buffet catering packages includes a certain number of these dishes, so be sure you pick the variety best suited for your event. Beyond that, however, you’re completely free to pick any combination of the dishes we offer for buffet catering – so go wild! You can view each of these menus in full detail below.

  • Dining utensils - 9” China dinner plate, 6” side plate, silver fork, silver knife, paper napkin. Small dessert fork. Coffee Cup, Saucer, Coffee Spoon. High Ball Glass. Wine glass.

  • Wait staff – 2 staff for first 50 pax. Thereafter 1 additional staff for every 100 pax. More staff will be required for pass around service.

  • All necessary catering equipment, table setting & décor included. Set-up time 1.5 hours prior to event start. Round-trip delivery inclusive. No other hidden costs.

DELIVERY
single trip $250 ; round-trip $500 (where equipment is required)
delivery charge will be waived for drop-off only orders if total order amount exceeds $10,000


WAITING SERVICE or SET-UP ONLY
$700 per wait staff for 4 hours including set-up & clean-up
$400 if only set-up is required (i.e. no waiting service)


ORDER CONFIRMATION
order must be confirmed 5 full working days prior to event


PAYMENT
a 70% deposit 5 full working days prior is required; 30% balance payable the day before event

We accept credit card payment but a 3.9% finance charge collected by PayPal will be included in our invoice.


CANCELLATION
less than 72-hour notice - 20% of total invoice amount; less than 48-hour notice - 50%; less than
24-hour notice - 100%
